Finally Understand How to Photograph Waterfalls
Join me for a relaxed, beginner-friendly morning and learn how to create those soft, silky water shots step by step.
Spend a relaxed Sunday morning with me photographing some of my favourite waterfalls in the Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons), and finally learn how to capture that dreamy, silky water effect.
No guesswork. No confusing settings. I’ll guide you step by step so you can actually understand what you’re doing and get results you’re proud of.
This is a small, beginner-friendly group, and everyone joining will be at a similar stage, so it’s a really relaxed, supportive environment to learn in.
What you’ll learn
- How to create that soft, flowing “silky water” effect using slow shutter speeds
- The simple settings you need (explained in plain English)
- How to keep your images sharp while shooting long exposures
- How to see and compose beautiful waterfall shots
What makes this different
This isn’t a stand-back-and-watch workshop. With a maximum of 5 photographers, I’ll be right there with you, helping you adjust your settings, answering questions, and making sure you get it.
You’ll also be accompanied by a professional tour guide and safety expert, so you can relax, enjoy the morning, and focus on your photography while learning a bit more about the local area.
