Purchases and Consumer Rights
When you purchase a digital product or online course from The Photo Coach, you are purchasing a licence to access that content for personal, non-commercial use only.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days, provided you have not yet accessed the content. By accessing your course or digital download immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that you waive your right to cancel under these regulations.
Notwithstanding the above, The Photo Coach offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all online courses, regardless of whether you have accessed the content, calculated from the date of purchase. To request a refund within this period, please contact sarah@thephotocoach.co.uk. Refund requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted.
