Purchases and Consumer Rights
When you purchase a digital product or online course from The Photo Coach, you receive a licence to access the content for your personal, non-commercial use.
Your cancellation rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you generally have the right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase.
If you want immediate access to digital course content during this 14-day period, you will be asked to give your express consent to the content being supplied straight away and to acknowledge that you will lose your statutory right to cancel once supply begins.
If you have not given the required consent and acknowledgement, you may retain your statutory cancellation rights. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
Our refund policy
I want you to feel confident purchasing from The Photo Coach. For online courses, I offer a 48-hour refund promise from the date of purchase. To request a refund, please email sarah@thephotocoach.co.uk within that period.
This refund promise is in addition to any statutory rights you may have. Where a statutory right to cancel applies, your request will be handled in accordance with the law.
